Using affirmations is pretty simple. Most of us learning to put ourselves down using our mental self-talk. A few even verbalize self derogatory statements out loud. We grow up believing certain ideas about ourselves that result in self damaging behavior. Unwanted weight gain is a common result of our own negative self-talk.
Use Affirmations to Take Control of Your Weight!
The use of positive affirmations is a technique to change that negative self-talk into something more positive.

We have all spent many years developing this negative self-image; therefore it is rather unreasonable to expect an instant result. Fortunately we can begin to experience positive change after a few days. If you stick with it for a month, you can expect significant change.
A key component to affirmations is adding a strong empowering emotion to your mantra. Research has shown that your brain will develop new pathways faster in the presence of a strong emotion.
